Job Description
Shift Timing General IST (10 AM to 7PM)
Job Type: FTE / Sub Con
Configure and customize HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events).
Develop workflows, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Build and maintain Service Portal and UI components for HR services.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and security standards.

Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Oracle, etc. using Webservices APIs (REST/SOAP)
