Certified Scrum Master with excellent communication skills. Should be able to run scrum ceremonies for multiple scrum teams. Be extremely proficient in JIRA, be able
to track & generate reports

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Remove impediments and blockers to enable team progress.
Collaborate with Product Owner to manage backlog and priorities.
Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
Coach team members on Agile best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
