About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in stakeholder management and requirement gathering from hiring managers. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hires across IT and non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using advanced recruitment strategies (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social platforms).
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and best practices.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex job descriptions into actionable sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
