Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end IT recruitment and drive scalable talent strategies aligned with global business goals. This role requires strong global stakeholder management, people leadership, and the ability to build data-driven TA strategies while ensuring high-quality, timely hiring across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Own and execute end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple business units and global locations.

Design and implement TA strategies aligned with workforce planning, growth, and business priorities.

Drive employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline initiatives.

Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

Global Stakeholder Management
Partner with global business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs.

Act as a trusted advisor on market intelligence, hiring feasibility, and talent availability.

Manage expectations and ensure seamless communication across time zones and regions.

Team & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and TA specialists.

Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and enable capability building within the TA team.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.

End-to-End IT Recruitment
Oversee hiring for roles across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Security, Data and Emerging Technologies.

Ensure strong sourcing strategies using ATS, job portals, referrals, social hiring, and talent communities.

Drive offer management, negotiation, and offer-to-joining conversion.

Process Excellence & Compliance
Ensure consistent, compliant, and candidate-friendly recruitment processes.

Optimize ATS usage, reporting, and recruitment workflows.

Partner with HR Operations on onboarding, compliance, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a TA leadership/manager role.

Strong background in IT / Tech hiring.

Proven experience managing global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.

Hands-on experience in people management.

Strong understanding of TA metrics, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, and negotiation skills.Hy
