Job Description
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will support India business by providing strategic HR advice to local leaders and employees. The role involves leadership coaching, employee development, talent management, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with both local needs and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Coaching
Partner with India leaders and employees on development, coaching, and employee relations.
Drive change and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate on leadership training and feedback mechanisms.
Organizational Design & Strategic Planning
Identify organizational gaps and deploy effective people strategies.
Conduct talent reviews and succession planning.
Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Training, and Finance.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Manage employee relations and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Handle sensitive issues with discretion and objectivity.
Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives and partner on the annual survey.
Collaborate with global HR to implement programs promoting inclusion and community.
Recruiting Support
Partner with global recruiting on internal and external hiring best practices.
Maintain consistency in job classification, pay equity, and budgeting.
Reporting & Analytics
Support yearly OKRs, KPIs, and board metrics.
Conduct data analysis and exit interviews; identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global organization or GCC.
Strong background in employee relations and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
