We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth. This role is responsible for building and executing full-funnel demand generation programs that attract, engage, and convert insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and other biller organizations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of insurance billing and payment complexity and can translate that knowledge into compelling campaigns that support long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams to drive measurable pipeline impact.
Takes Ownership
Owns demand generation strategy and execution for the insurance vertical, operating with accountability for pipeline contribution and campaign outcomes.
Manages end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
Serves as a primary marketing partner to sales, ensuring alignment on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline priorities.
Maintains accurate campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Drives Efficiency
Designs and manages scalable campaign workflows across marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to support long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
Builds and optimizes nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns to improve lead progression and conversion efficiency.
Standardizes segmentation, list management, and campaign processes to reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Uses performance data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and refine programs for stronger ROI.
Results Driven
Executes full-funnel demand generation programs that drive measurable increases in qualified pipeline from insurance biller audiences.
Tracks and reports on KPIs including MQL and SQL volume, pipeline contribution, funnel conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Supports industry events and conferences with integrated pre- and post-event campaigns that generate follow-up engagement and pipeline.
Continuously optimizes campaigns to exceed performance benchmarks and support revenue growth objectives.
Innovative
Leverages ABM platforms and intent data to identify, target, and engage high-value insurance accounts and buying groups.
Applies automation and AI-enabled capabilities within marketing platforms to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Develops and promotes high-impact assets such as webinars, whitepapers, calculators, case studies, and solution briefs that highlight payment innovation in insurance.
Experiments with new channels, tools, and tactics to evolve demand generation approaches as the market and buyer behaviors change.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within payments, fintech, billing, or SaaS
Experience marketing to insurance carriers or insurance-adjacent audiences, including billing, receivables, and enterprise operations
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, ABM tools, and digital campaign platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions
Understanding of insurance billing workflows, payment acceptance, reconciliation, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with enterprise buyer groups and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes
