We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VMS/MSP recruiting environments and proven success in handling the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an onsite role with direct client engagement—no implementation partners involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates).
• Work extensively with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP (Managed Service Providers) for job requisitions and submissions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and deliverables.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines consistently while maintaining high quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years of US IT Recruitment experience (with direct clients via VMS/MSP).
• Solid understanding of US staffing processes, employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), and tax terms.
• Strong experience using ATS systems and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US night-shift environment.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets.
