Role Overview
The Consultant Success Associate role is pivotal in supporting our vision to set the industry
standard for consultant care and engagement. As an Associate, you will provide proactive and
personalized support throughout the consultant lifecycle, ensuring consultants feel connected,
valued, and empowered in their roles.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for people,
process, and culture, and who possess excellent communication skills (non-negotiable).
Title: Consultant Success Associate
Location: Trichy, On-Site
Hours: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for consultants, assisting them with queries via calls and
emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Build rapport quickly and ensure interactions reflect empathy, patience, and sincerity.
• Provide guidance on available resources and support consultants in navigating
processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to help improve consultant
experience.
• Assist in organizing and executing consultant engagement initiatives (e.g., greetings,
recognition, and events).
• Collaborate with senior team members to escalate and resolve issues when required.
• Support ongoing projects and initiatives of the People Experience team.
• Demonstrate adaptability to evolving roles, tasks, and business requirements.
Competencies
• Ability to listen actively, empathize, and respond effectively.
• Good organizational and excel skills with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, Communications
preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, HR
support, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email
communication.
