pmto 4.30 am IST).
Weare seeking an experienced and highly motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering and pharmaceutical roles, with a deep
understanding of industry-specific requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop
recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering and pharmaceutical positions.
•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
•Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
•Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
•Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
•Demonstrate flexibility in working hours when needed to meet urgent recruitment demands.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in engineering or pharmaceutical recruitment.
•Strong understanding of technical/engineering roles and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
•Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job portals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
•Strong organizational and time management abilities.
•Aproactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
