Job Title: Nursery Trained Teacher (NTT)
Role Overview:

The Nursery Trained Teacher is responsible for the overall development of young children (ages 2.5–4 years) by creating a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment in accordance with CBSE early childhood care and education (ECCE) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities as per CBSE ECCE framework

Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and rhymes

Encourage social, emotional, physical, and language development

Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods

Maintain a warm, safe, and hygienic classroom environment

Observe and assess children’s development and maintain progress records

Support children’s emotional well-being and individual learning needs

Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development and behavior

Organize celebrations, theme days, and co-curricular activities

Ensure child safety and follow school policies at all times

Work collaboratively with helpers, coordinators, and school staff

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and CBSE workshops

Required Qualifications:

Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE)

Graduation preferred (as per CBSE norms)

Skills & Competencies:

Love and patience for working with young children

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Creative and activity-oriented teaching approach

Classroom management and observation skills

Basic computer skills for record keeping

Knowledge of child psychology and early learning methods

Experience:

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply

Prior experience in a CBSE / reputed preschool is an advantage
