Job Description
Job Purpose:
Development, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits
modules.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with business partners and developers for requirement gathering and analysis
Participate to feasibility study, planning, project tracking and highlight risks and
dependencies
Develop Technical Design to enhance the PeopleSoft applications as per business
requirement
Deliver Projects in HR Automations, Benefits, and Enhancement of Payroll
Experience
Study the existing HR and Payroll customizations and resolve Technical issues in
MSS, Benefits, NA payroll
Deliver technical information, support and training to internal customers to assist
them in performing and improving their daily work processes
Required Skillset:
Minimum 5 Years PeopleSoft Technical (SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE,
Component Interface, PeopleSoft Security)
Minimum 5 years PeopleSoft HR Technical (MSS, Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits)
Proficient in writing complex Oracle SQL queries for data analysis in order to write
reports, resolve prod issues
Proficient in writing complex database reports and customizing PeopleSoft Delivered
SQR reports.
Must have previously worked on Implementation/Upgrade, projects
Willing to learn AWS cloud EC2/ RDS implementations.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with the stakeholders.
Experience in working on PeopleSoft COBOLs
Experience in handling PeopleSoft Admin Issues
Experience in Linux Shell Scripting for Automation
Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E/MCA
